Having achieved freedom after more than 25 years in the cycle of food and weight obsession and bulimia, I believe wholeheartedly that we can all recover with the right support and tools - and some self-compassion. I am a lifelong learner in anything personal development or brain science related, and I love connecting with others on a mission to make an impact in the world.
