Mackenzie Hayden

Kenzie is eighteen years old and recovering from anorexia nervosa. After struggling with disordered eating for a majority of her life, she began her all-in journey after stumbling upon pieces written by Tabitha Farrar, and other recovery warriors! She is an aspiring writer, and hopes to inspire others to choose recovery for themselves. Writing has saved her life in more ways than she can say, and she is forever grateful for all it has brought her. She looks forward to seeing all that life is beyond anorexia, and hopes to encourage other amazing individuals in their own recovery journey’s! She truly believes that recovery is possible for anyone and everyone seeking it.
