Lisette Hoschek
Lisette is a stay at home mom, wife, and writer who is in recovery after struggling with anorexia and bulimia for over 24 years. She is thankful to be able to stay home with her three energetic, creative, and exhausting little boys. Surrounded by little boys, her days are filled with Pokemon, collecting rocks, trucks, trains, and lots of trips to the park. Most days she is a train wreck but finally free of an eating disorder, she is learning to live authentically and appreciate the beauty within the chaos. Prior to becoming a mother, she worked in the mental health field with children and adolescences for over ten years. She has a BS in Psychology from Appalachian State University and a MS in Clinical Psychology from Augusta State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. In her free time (what little she has) she enjoys writing, clogging, listening to music, going for long walks, and doing her nails. She hopes that using her voice to write will help other warriors on the path of recovery.
