Lauren Fowler is proud to be a non-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and writer. She works with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating to develop a healthy relationship with food and nourish their bodies in a new way. Along her own journey, she discovered yoga and intuitive eating and believes strongly in the power of connecting to your body and honoring its desires for food, movement, and much more. She helps clients discover an energizing and unique style of eating for their own bodies with the tools of eating whole foods and intuitive eating. She loves expressing herself through writing and writes on her blog and has contributed to sites like MindBodyGreen and Elephant Journal.
