Hannah is a teacher, a musician, and a woman who is in a strong recovery after ten years of struggling with her eating disorder. During her journey, Hannah entered three partial hospitalization programs, one intensive outpatient treatment program, and spent countless hours with a dietician and in individual therapy and group therapy. She finds passion and strength in sharing her thoughts and experiences in recovery so that others who are recovering know that they are not alone. Hannah lives a quiet life full of books, music, being in nature, art, gratitude, various fandoms such as Doctor Who and Star Trek, and her Hedgehog, Stella.
