Ellen Goldsmith is a physiotherapist in the UK. She works with sporting enthusiastics ranging from Olympic athletes to overweight individuals. Ellen was diagnosed with anorexia in 2003 following a stomach infection, work stress and an unhealthy marriage. She found her heart and became a physiotherapist. In 2014 Ellen was diagnosed with celiac disease. This transformed her relationship with food. Ellen is learning to build her reserves back up and embrace anorexic traits. Ellen is passionate about trail running. Her next adventure is the Coastal Challenge in Costa Rica. She is learning to ensure that her sporting endeavours have sufficient nutritional support whilst helping others to find their way on their own journey.
