Brooke Heberling

Brooke struggled with anorexia, bulimia, and exercise addiction for 16 years. She sought formal treatment and now is in solid recovery. She is a 9th grade Language Arts teacher at Brookwood High School in Snellville, GA. She is a proud part of the Recovery Warriors team, and she manages the social media pages of Recovery Warriors. She is married to Derrick Heberling who teaches and coaches basketball at Hebron Christian Academy in Dacula, GA. They have two precious children: son Graham (6) and daughter Anna Blue (4). Brooke loves to write, play with her kids, laugh with her husband, have girls’ nights with her best friends, and just be joyful with the ones she loves. Brooke fought hard for freedom from her eating disorder and is now enjoying living free!
