Jealousy often has a bad a rap. But if we use it to our advantage, so much good can from it! Jealousy is one of the most natural and best informants pointing us towards who we are and what we need. We can feel so much better, and lean towards our whole selves and away from the feelings that bring us down when we have a different take on this difficult feeling.
